You may know him as one of the founding members of the Australian new wave band Men at Work. Their debut album, Business as Usual, was one of the most internationally successful by an Australian group.

In fact, some of their musical influences were David Bowie, Lou Reed, and Ultravox. So it’s no surprise their pub-rock style eventually segued into synth-pop and new wave music.
